These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at aerdenplanning.com and any pages, content, or services we make available through it (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.
Other guidelines or terms may apply to certain features and will be posted with those features. All such terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.
Aerden LLC (“Aerden Planning”) is an advice-only financial planning firm. Content on the Site is for general educational purposes only and is not individualized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to buy or sell any security or strategy. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes. You agree not to: sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Site; copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivatives of the Site; access the Site to build a competitor; bypass or violate security features; or use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Site.
The Site and its content are owned by Aerden Planning or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. All trademarks and service marks on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
If you submit feedback or materials to us, you grant Aerden Planning a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate them without restriction. Do not submit confidential information. You represent you have all rights needed for anything you submit.
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerden Planning and our suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aerden Planning and our suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability to you for any claims relating to the Site will not exceed USD $50.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting us at aerdenplanning@outlook.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Aerden Planning agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may be conducted by video, phone, or based on written submissions. If an in-person hearing is required, it will take place in Wyoming, unless both parties agree otherwise. You and Aerden Planning waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, the license in Section 3 ends immediately.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at hello@aerdenplanning.com with: your signature; identification of the work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is unauthorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. export controls, when using the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that Section 10 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
